I have been practicing the art of relaxation through yoga, aromatherapy, meditation and crystal healing most of my life. I use singing bowls,crystals, candles and incense to calm the body. My goal is to raise money for a service dog.

Your body needs relaxation, especially during tough times. I will teach you yoga poses to aid in digestion and core strengthening. Ways to better your meditation, supplies to put you into a deeper state of relaxation. I will teach you deep breathing techniques and stress release. I will teach you about different essential oils, crystals, incense and self care techniques to ease the mind.

My rate is $13 dollars an hour. I can do multiple sessions a week after 12pm. Please schedule a week in advance. I am flexible about cancellations and reschedules.
