About Ricky
Hello! My name is Richard, and I am an MD and MBA graduate with a passion for education and student success. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have worked with students in a variety of settings, including tutoring, mentoring, leading review sessions, and classroom instruction.
I believe that learning is most effective when students feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with the material. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students can build confidence, strengthen their understanding of biological concepts, and develop study strategies that serve them both inside and outside the classroom.

What sets me apart is my combination of medical training, teaching experience, and student-centered approach. As an MD and MBA graduate who has tutored, mentored, and led review sessions for students across a variety of educational levels, I understand both the content and the challenges students face when learning it. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.
