About Paulwin
I am Paulwin Selvam, Medical Engineer presently pursuing my higher studies – M.Sc Leadership and Management in Healthcare Practise at University of Salford.
For the past 3 years, I was working as a Medical Engineer at a multispeciality hospital in Mumbai, India. I have pursued my bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering with excellent academic performance. ( University Rank Holder and All India Silver Medalist- IEI).
My current studies at the University of Salford imbibe a new skill set and knowledge in the field of management and assist in acquiring the qualities to be a good leader in the field of healthcare.
I have a dynamic experience in teaching and conducting seminars from my academic days and as part of my work experience, I have conducted multiple training and theoretical classes for nurses and other healthcare staff on various subjects which includes Human Anatomy and Physiology, Basics of Electricals, Medical Physics, etc.
Making the learner understand any concept through simple words and proceeding ahead at their own pace adds strength to my teaching techniques.

As per my opinion being a professional, one has to always refer to your school books, not that we forget everything but the truth is it is the basic science, principles, and fundamentals which were taught and learned in the schools that get deeper and later reflect in a complex form.
Thus if the education provided at the school level is appropriate and accurate then I believe that the students may not find any difficulty in understanding the concept in a complex format in the future.
Therefore, as an engineer, I may help the kids learn their basics very well by combining and co-relating the textbook lessons and principles with real-life examples so that it becomes easy for the students to stick with the concept and score well in their exams and life as well.
