About Dante
I am from Las Vegas, Nevada and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with degrees in B.S. Molecular and Cellular Biology and B.S. Statistics and Computer Science. I am currently a medical student at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine but am taking some time off to help support my family.
I have always loved teaching. It is something that I am passionate about and brings me so much joy. I am dedicated to all of my students and I take pride in seeing their growth. I believe I am very patient and I feel so privileged to work with these bright students.

I like to first get a grasp about the student's baseline understanding of a subject. Given this baseline, we can form a plan on how to best optimize the student's learning experience. When teaching, I prefer to emphasize the understanding of a subject rather than memorizing a series of facts. Since every student is different, a different approach to achieving this is required. I like to be very hands on and conversational. It is important to adapt to the student's needs and create an environment where they learn best. I make individualized lesson plans for all of my students and factor in any feedback to maximize their success.
