Hi I am Mira and I fully experienced in Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, relaxed bodywork, Yin yoga and yoga Nidra. All forms of yoga, dance, and breathwork that I practice myself are mainly inspiration for my passion for the human body and feel connected to that.

Kundalini Yoga and especially all training sessions that I have been allowed to follow are the basis for my lessons. I integrate nature, the elements, chakras, dance and deep relaxation (mostly) intuitively into the lessons I give. Humor and depth alternate nicely!
