About Tijn
hey! My name is Tijn and I am 23 years old. I live in Den Hoorn. During my life I have lived in many places in the world. When I was little I lived in Malaysia for 2 years and in Chile for 3 years. Last year I spent 7 months in Portugal for my studies. I learned a lot from the world through all that travelling.
I love to travel and learn about the culture and history of another country. I also like sports. I like going to the gym and to the (beach) volleyball court, but I also like watching movies at home with my three dogs.

My private lessons are about very personal guidance and about adapting the teacher to the student. During the tutoring sessions I pay close attention to the student. While I deal with all the material, I see what he/she is good at and where there is still room for improvement. I adapt my lessons so that after my series of lessons the student has become a professional with the skill or subject they first had difficulty with.
With most of the students I tutored, my lessons lasted around 45 minutes. I taught ages 11-18. I can tutor at any level.
