I am a national level rower and have been trying to try for team GB having attended a GB junior camp last December. I have a lot of experience from this camp and other GB events with coaching and tailoring training programmes for specific goals. I have helped to run various training programmes and have been a part of training programmes for many sports such as Rowing, Rugby and Sprinting .
