About Angelina
Hi! I am currently a first-year nursing student. I love learning myself and I love to teach others (a not-so-secret way that helps me retain information as well). I'm a very curious person, so growing up every subject has intrigued me. However, biology always stood out to me. There has not been one day that biology has bored me. It always keeps me on my toes and I want to share that with the world! I am a nursing student, but after my master's I hope to pursue my PhD to do oncology research. I love helping people, which is what I will get out of nursing, but biology in itself intrigues me. I also love to cook!

First thing we do is talk about you. I want to see your strengths and your weaknesses. I also focus on understanding concepts rather than bulk memorization of concepts, as understanding is better for long-term memory.
We could go over any assignments that are confusing, or just general information. I have slides, books, and information from my previous courses so I can also provide great materials for learning, teaching, and review. I will typically teach a subject, ask you questions, and then practice active recall to imprint the information.
My lessons are for people anywhere from elementary level to college.
