I am a third year engineering student, and have always looked for opportunities at my institution to help those in need of tutoring. My goal is to translate my knowledge to my students so they can insure confidence in current and later material in their mathematics classes.

My goal in tutoring effectively is to break down the material into segments that are easily understood, and then logically connect them in a way that encompasses any more complex concepts. I prefer to structure my lessons as follows:
- Provide an example of how the concept is applied to specific problem
- Explain the concept
- Work through an additional problem using the same concept, step by step
- Reinforce the concept further, as needed
