About Ruby
I’m a native English speaker with a love for languages and reading! I have an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing and a Masters degree in Publishing from a top 10 world university, both of which I passed at Distinction level (First/A).
I am also an NCTJ qualified journalist. I have nearly ten years of professional experience in journalism and communications employment, and have been a self employed magazine publisher for five years.
In my spare time I have undertaken courses in screenwriting, poetry, short stories and long-form prose, and not only enjoy the technicalities of the English language but storytelling devices.

FREE thirty-minute discovery call for us to discuss your strengths as well as your goals for improvement. Using your own targets as well as my notes from our conversation I make highly tailored lesson plans with useful take-home tasks.
When are the lessons available?:
I am flexible about the time and frequency of our lessons. Options are thirty minute, forty-five minute or one hour lessons, 9am-5pm on weekends or 7am-9pm on weekdays.
