About Suzy

I am a martial arts passionate, I have been learning and practising martial arts for 6 years, teaching for two years. I believe that sports can change your life. It will change your habits, appearance, way of thinking and character. Playing martial arts is a life changer for me and many others.

About the lesson

45 to 60 minutes of martial arts skills.
12 rounds every round is 3 minutes with 1 minute break between each round.
First round in warming up
Last round in stretching
10 rounds of martial arts skills with hands, elbows, legs and knees

Please note that the in-person rate is twice the online rate. Thank you for your understanding.
