About Michele
I am a teacher/ I have a BA in biology/ certified yoga Instructor. I love teaching others and am able to adapt the lessons to fit the students needs. I have been doing yoga for about 15 years and love helping others experience it in a way that is best for there body!

My teaching method will range depending on the students level of knowledge of yoga and from group to 1-1 classes; from beginner, intermediate to advanced. Yoga is extremely adaptive to each individual and what they are needing at that specific time.
