As a Biology teacher with over 17 years of experience in the e-learning industry and currently pursuing B.Ed, I focus on making concepts clear, relatable, and engaging. My teaching approach blends interactive discussions, visual aids, and real-life examples to ensure students not only understand the topic but also enjoy learning it.
Each class begins with a short recap of the previous session, followed by the introduction of a new concept through diagrams, videos, and inquiry-based questioning. I encourage students to ask questions and participate actively. At the end of each session, I assign short review activities to reinforce learning and assess understanding.
What sets me apart is my ability to simplify complex biological processes, use storytelling and analogies for better retention, and adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s learning pace. I also integrate digital tools and worksheets for better engagement and assessment.
