About Christopher
My name is Chris, and I’m a professional chef from Brighton & Hove with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I began cooking at the age of 12 and have worked in kitchens around the world, from high-end restaurants and private dining to gastropubs and events catering.
Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience across hospitality, including pastry, front of house, silver service, private events, and kitchen management. For the past eight years, I have worked as a Head Chef, leading teams and delivering high-quality dining experiences. I have also run my own events company, specialising in private dinners and bespoke catering.
Food is more than a profession to me — it is my passion, my livelihood, and my second language. I’m passionate about seasonal produce, strong culinary fundamentals, and helping others develop confidence and skill in the kitchen. My aim is to pass on the knowledge and experience I’ve gained to anyone looking to improve their cooking
