About Jay Christopher
I received my 500hr Certification 2 decades ago. Since then yoga informs my relationships, my athletics, my spirituality, and keeps me healthy. It's always a great joy for me to discover what type of yoga exercises will help each person to their unique goals. I've found over the years people most hesitant to try yoga are often those who benefit from its practice and teachings the most.
