About Nicole
I am currently a 2nd year postgraduate student doing Doctor of Podiatric medicine in University of Western Australia. For our first year of study, we did a generalised course that all first year medicine students did and I had scores that were in the top percentile of the cohort.
I graduated with Bachelor of Science, majoring in Pharmacology and Pathology. Prior to this, I was doing a Diploma in Pharmacy Science (with a Diploma Plus in Chemistry) in Singapore, where I topped the cohort and won numerous academic awards. Having studied subjects related to the medical and healthcare sector for many years, I am familiar with topics such as Biology and Chemistry, with specific focuses on Pharmacology, Pathology, Immunology, Microbiology, Physiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry and Anatomy.

My teaching method is to first assess and identify the weaknesses of the student by testing the student's understanding on the general broad range of topics. From this, I will come up with a focused lesson to teach the student the concepts. Practice questions will then be incorporated and I will often try to test the understanding of the students again to ensure that they are able to understand and fully internalise the concepts.
