About Arith
I am a qualified and well-experienced 1500hr certified Hatha yoga Instructor and meditation guide. Being born in South Asia as a child I have been mostly raised around Ashrams, temples and spiritual communities. As a young adult after graduating university and having spent a few years in the corporate world, I decided to take a step back and follow my family root path. Exploring and deepening my knowledge in Buddhism, Yoga and Ayurveda. Ever since I have once again been spending my time reliving in forest monasteries, deepening my own practice, with monks and other yogis. Practicing and living along the lines on dhamma and the spirit of yoga...union. Continuing to be a lifelong student, and as I continue to walk on my own journey of life, I look forward to sharing this my beautiful practice with you, with love and light...and great honor to all my teachers Arith
