About Jalila
I graduated with a BA in Psychology and Education from Mount Holyoke College (MA, USA). I’ve always been curious about people, how they think, learn, and communicate. Teaching English allows me to share what I know while also learning from my students. I enjoy building connections and helping others gain confidence in expressing themselves.

My lessons are flexible and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on building confidence in communication, whether that’s improving grammar, writing structure, or conversational fluency. I like to keep lessons engaging and practical. Typical length of a lesson Lessons usually last one hour, but I can adjust depending on your schedule or learning goals. Shorter or longer sessions are always possible if needed. I’m a Psychology and Education graduate with experience supporting students in both academic and language-learning settings. My background helps me adapt lessons to different learning styles and create a comfortable, encouraging environment. I work with students of all levels! From beginners improving everyday English to university students looking to strengthen academic writing and communication. My lessons are great for anyone who wants to feel more confident expressing themselves in English.
