I have worked in education for over 10 years and have several years experience in the industry (I even have my own small food business!).
Whatever your goals from wanting a Food teacher I can help you reach them.

I can support with all areas of theory taught on the GCSE course and also help develop high level practical skills ready for your practical cookery exam - be it pasta making, portioning chicken, filleting fish, knife skills or other techniques and presentation ideas. I can help you achieve your true potential.
If you are wanting to cook for fun, or to increase your general cooking abilities I can work with you to create a range of healthy, balanced and delicious meals to suit your tastes.
