About Morton
Rishikesh became my home while I completed my RYT-300 training to deepen my own practice. Flexibility is rarely about the depth of a pose, but rather the quiet space found within a stiff muscle. My 6 years of teaching prioritize sleep and wind-down routines alongside gentle breath control.
I specialize in warm-up sequencing, prenatal yoga, and injury-safe modifications for every student. You will find that every small achievement contributes to your overall growth.

Presence feels like a steady rhythm that anchors you during our 60 minute block. This time is dedicated to your specific physical condition and daily energy levels.
Having practiced for 6 years, I understand how to adjust flows to keep you safe and comfortable. We utilize pranayama to settle the mind before moving through intentional sequences that respect your boundaries. An 8.0 score in my specialized alignment training informs the precision I offer in every adjustment. Are you ready to experience the impact of one focused session?
