About Natalia
¡Hola! I'm Natalia Martinez, a 29-year-old native of Madrid, Spain, with roots deeply connected to the traditional region of La Alcarria. My love for cooking blossomed during my childhood, spending countless hours with my grandma in her kitchen, soaking in the rich recipes that we cherished together.
Tortilla de Patata, or Potato Omelette, holds a special place in my heart, especially recalling the mesmerizing moments watching my mom skillfully flip the pan, turning it into a work of art. Despite my academic pursuit in business management, my true passion lies in the culinary arts. Over the years, I've taken numerous cooking courses to hone my skills and share the flavors of my heritage.
Beyond the kitchen, I am characterized by my empathy, talkativeness, friendliness, and a profound passion for connecting with people and exploring diverse cultures. Having visited 37 countries, I find joy in meeting new faces, indulging in global cuisines, and embracing varied traditions.

Join my Spanish cooking classes with instructor Natalia Martinez for a delightful culinary journey! Learn to make iconic Spanish dishes like Tortilla de Patata, Paella, Croquetas, Tapas, Pintxos, Pan Tumaca, Sangria, and more. Language options include English, Spanish, or a blend, offering language exchange opportunities.
With years of experience and a childhood spent learning from my grandma and mother, I bring the authentic taste of Spanish cuisine to you. Classes last 1.5 hours, with an additional 0.5 hours to savor and enjoy a true Spanish experience.
Choose your preferred location: my place, your place, host a Spanish-themed party, or join online sessions. Prices vary: $70 at my place, $90 at your place, inquire for group/party rates, and online sessions are $25.
