About Abdool Hamide
I have confidently taught Maths across all Key Stages in the UK since 2004, including the 4 modules at A-Level (i.e. Pure Maths, Mechanics, Statistics and Decision Maths). I am conversant with the different British examination boards.
Moreover, I have also taught The American Core Standards and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Maths (SL & HL) for 5 years outside the UK.
In addition, I have taught IGCSE Physics for 2 years.

I am a passionate Maths teacher and I have a proven track record of raising standards wherever I have worked. I have done private tutoring since 2004 and have helped my students to achieve their desired grades.
My lessons are always planned in detail and this helps me to teach my classes to a high standard, using a range of available resources to make the lessons enjoyable. My lessons are differentiated and have a provision to incorporate all ranges of abilities and types of learners.
I am IC3 qualified and proficient in many aspects of ICT and use it on a regular basis to enhance and support my lessons.
I am very patient, caring and understanding and I enjoy working with small groups or with individual students. I use rational thinking and logic to help them see the problem through different angles and to use precise methodology and strategies to arrive at the answers.
