I received the English Award for outstanding grades at my sixth form and am currently studying Politics & International Relations at the University of Glasgow. My tutoring style is student-focused, meaning I adapt each session to suit the student’s learning style, strengths, and areas they’re struggling with. I break down complex ideas into simple, understandable terms and use examples students can relate to. Whether it’s essay writing, close analysis, or exam prep, I make sure each lesson is interactive and engaging — asking questions, working through examples together, and setting small, achievable goals. Sessions usually last 1 hour, but I’m happy to adjust depending on what works best — 45 mins for younger students or longer sessions during exam season.
