About Abhishek
I am teaching yoga from last 10 years. I teach Indian traditional yoga which helps to calm your mind and strengthen body. Also helps to improve flexibility and body balance. I provide one free lesson at my place just let me know when you want to come.

I will recommend taking lessons in group, this is how the passion for yoga improves. My strength is I can work on individual and have habit of working in small group (4-8 students). Individuals are also welcome. Student needs to come at my place in either case.

Abhishek has exquisite understanding of meditation, breathing and different poses (asanas) of yoga. He is a calm and patient mentor. Combined with his knowledge of ancient Indian scriptures puts a great context to the practice of yoga. I cannot recommend Abhishek highly enough for teaching yoga and his service to the community.
Abhishek is a brilliant yoga teacher with years of experience and has a deep understanding of how yoga helps your mind, body and soul. His teachings skills smoothen your yoga practice where you can enjoy it as everyday exercise with ease.
He has a good knowledge of yoga and its technique. Mr Abhishek has been teaching yoga for around ten years. Learning yoga from Abhishek should be a good experience and healthy. He has good knowledge of Indian ancient science, which relates to yoga.
