About Mike
I am a musician/drum instructor and have been doing so for the last 18 years.In my early years I studied with multiple instructors learning styles like jazz, be bop and funk also putting emphasis on sight reading and composition. Later on I was drawn to more extreme styles of music: punk, hardcore, heavy metal and extreme metal. If you want to become a drummer or have ideas you would like to work on I am the teacher for you.

I strive in creating exercises that are easily understood as well as breaking down complicated rhythms. Each lesson will consist of written hand, coordination, independence and foot exercises. I also implement any method books that my students are interested in. We can touch on all styles, from jazz,bebop all the way to extreme forms of drumming.
