I am Tarina Khatun, a yoga instructor and sound healer with four years of professional experience and a lifelong spiritual journey enriched with magical experiences. I believe physical workouts and yoga are essential for the body and spirit, advocating for spiritual practices that align with one's spirit. Sound healing, the frequency of the spirit, creates a space where one can become fully immersed. This ancient practice, dating back to Tibetan singing bowls and indigenous chants, uses sound frequencies to promote physical and emotional healing.
