About Timofei

I was born in and raised in Russia. From early childhood I spent time in the kitchen watching my parents and grandparents cook and helping them. After graduating from high school, I received a culinary college diploma. I have more than 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry. I've been worked with Italian, European, Russian, American cuisine. Now I’m learning Argentine cuisine, because I live in Argentina now. But I am more attracted to baking and sweet cuisine, this is my passion
