Currently I am in my third year studying for a masters degree in mechanical engineering at Brunel. My GCSE grades are A* for all maths and sciences. I am most confident tutoring statics, dynamics and control systems to year 1/2 students, but also happy to provide A-level/GCSE maths, physics tuition.
As a current student, I am accutely aware of the stress exams and coursework can put on young people. My aim when teaching is to get to know the student and then tailor a structured lesson that will push them beyond their limits. First, starting out with an everday mathmatical or physical problem that is easily grasped and move on to build layers of knowledge ontop of the concept. In the later half of the session, working to ensure the student is capable of answering questions on his/her chosen topic.
