About Shivika
I am a third year medical student from Dubai- an Indian by birth but grew up in the UAE. My way of teaching may seem a tad stern but I’m actually a big softie and very understanding. I am open to all questions and will modify my lessons as per the students needs. I am very friendly and hope to be a friend rather than a teacher to whoever attends my sessions! I hope these sessions benefit y’all in some way and I’m looking forward to learning a lot as well!

Hey!! If you find yourself struggling with or afraid of Biology, I think this might just be the right place for you. I used to be pretty weak at this subject and then luckily, with the help of a good teacher, I overcame my fear of the subject and started understanding the concepts behind it. This helped me pave my way into the medical field.
Now, I do not promise to be the best teacher out there as this is my first job, but I do promise to deliver quality lessons to the best of my abilities and cater to individual learning needs. I will build on the feedback provided and be non-judgemental throughout. Lessons will primarily be lecture based and the learning plan will be stated before the class begins followed by a quiz like recap of what was taught last time. If you can’t remember what was taught you will be asked to stay back and write that particular portion 20 times.
Tests will be held from time to time. I hope I am helpful in some way :)
