About Mansour
Hello ! I hope you have a nice day ! I'm Raphael ! I am a yoga teacher and lifecoach. Yoga has never aroused the slightest interest in me. Life however always surprises. During an introspective retreat of several months in India I foundd myself practicing it 6 hours a day. The click happens: Yoga is simply the manual of use of the body and the human spirit. A set of techniques, which, if mastered, can take anyone to a level of well-being and unsuspected energy. Since, not a day without yoga! But when I say yoga, I do not just talk about positions ... Very quickly, your perceptions change, your energy increases, your reflexes improve, the body is more fresh and responsive, we laugh more, and work more seriously finally, the stress disappears. Now the place for me is sharing! Of course, I continue to evolve in my practice, but I have the skills and knowledge to allow anyone to learn, understand (it's important) but especially to improve.
