About Vanessa
Yoga teacher with 4 years of practice. Yoga means "union" between our mind and our body, and our soul and the whole consciousness that exists and that we are all part of. More than physical and mental benefits, yoga allows connection with your own nature. The essence of all this practice becomes fascinating. That and what I try to convey in all my classes.

I became a teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in India, March 2019. Since then, with the effects of the pandemic, I have been teaching online mostly. I can say that it remains a challenge but I am grateful to be able to share energies with so many people from all over the world. In addition, I greatly encourage my online learning, taking a course also in ayurveda, kundalini yoga and at this moment to dwell on the practice of chi kung.
