Yoga is a self-healer. It helps you to be calm and patient in your lives. It helps you connect with the universe and teaches you the real meaning of life. Yoga works on both physical aspect as well as mental aspect. It relaxes your mind and it also calms down your anger, reduces the stress level. Yoga can completely change your life as yoga is journey of the self, to the self and through the self. I am expert in Ashtanga traditional yoga which includes meditation and I have done my 300hrs teacher training course from Mysore Ashtanga school and am in teaching profession for 11+ years now. I completed my post graduate diploma in yogic education from Kaivalyadhama yoga institute and have appeared for QCI Exam government of Ayush. I teach for calming mind, relaxation, pranic healing, weight loss, good stamina, flexibility, complete body toning, yoga as per your illness e.g. diabetics, arthritis, thyroid, etc. I believe yoga is result oriented because I give my best service no compromise in quality of service. My teachings are customized as per client. For e.g. If client is diabetic I will include those asanas, pranayama and meditation which is helpful for client. Basically class is customized as per your goal. I have taught around 1200+ clients with all different goals e.g. weight loss, strength, stamina, flexibility, health issues like high blood pressure, arthritis, thyroid, diabetes, etc.

Details
Zoom online personal class fees ranging from Rs1500 to 3000/- per class. Group virtual class on zoom ranging from Rs 850/- to 1500/-. Price varies according to time slot booked. For personal class at client place one person in India it varies from 28k to 40k depending upon client location and time slot. For group 2 people doing same time together both get 25% discount. Above price is for 12 sessions within month. To get the result of yoga practice book minimum 12 sessions. Note: Trial class will be paid class not free. Trial class amount is fixed 2025/- INR. * Payment will be in advance and non-refundable. * Long travel plans please inform your teacher in advance so that your booked slot can be allotted to others who are in waiting list. * Sessions to be completed within your month cycle else lapses.
