About Miriam
I am a yoga teacher who cares about her training; she has done two 200h courses (one in Italy and one abroad), yoga for children, yoga during pregnancy and rocket yoga, and I am continuing to train.
I love preparing classes for those with special needs and I love doing classes both quieter for expectant mothers and more intense ones like rocke yoga (a practice that comes from ashtanga yoga).

How I work?
First of all I want to know who I have in front of me and how it is in all its parts: we are not only the physical body.
I love to prepare ad hoc lessons to make people feel good (my mission)
I am very professional in the relationship with the student and I make sure that the student does not have particular pathologies, in which case I try to direct the person to another teacher or professional more suited to your case.
