Iam pandillapalli Ravi Chandra[BAMS]studing ayurvedic medicine in dr,brkr govt ayirvedic medical college..
Iam a yoga instructor since 3 years...
I started doing yoga from my 10th class..
Currently we are doing free yoga one year program from 6th yoga day to next yoga day....Iam teaching yoga daily, lot more students in our college are benifiting through this yoga classes.

It's a great energy time for yoga...
We planned our class as one hour or Two hour classes.
In weekends we have special classes with practical cleaning procedures...
