About Vijaya
After 33 years in the classroom, my passion for biology has only grown stronger. I believe that understanding life—how it works, adapts, and connects—is one of the most empowering forms of knowledge we can share. Teaching allows me to pass on not just facts, but a sense of wonder for the natural world. I want my students to see biology as more than a subject—it’s a lens through which we understand ourselves, our environment, and the future of our planet.
