About Bo
I am a Chef that has been in the industry for 35 years.
Some of the places I worked - US Foods, Marriott, Hyatt, House of Blues, Hard Rock Hotels, just to name a few.
I started as a dishwasher and worked my way up to Corporate Executive Chef & Food and Beverage Director (holding both titles at the same time) and I want to share what I know with everyone.

I am a Chef and at the top of my profession and want to share everything I know with anyone who wants to learn.
We can go over anything from how to elevate your home dinners, to correcting your food cost for month end budget meetings.
I am open to everyone that loves food and wants to know more about food and the hospitality industry.
