Anushree is an amazing tutor and her Indian food expertise is fantastic. I just cooked an Indian Chicken Curry that Anushree taught me and it's the best I have ever eaten.
Anushree taught me the correct method of how to cook Indian food - it's so important that you use the right spices and know which ones to use for the different dishes. Timing is also crucial in adding each and every spice and in the correct order. Thank you Aunshree for your fantastic class and I can't wait until your next lesson.
