About Lesley-Ann
I’m a single mother, what gives me joy is cooking for those around me, it’s a way I express my love too. I started cooking at the tender age of 9, having had informal lessons from my grandmother, I’ve also worked at restaurants, volunteered in community outreaches and orphanage homes, I hold a diploma.

You will learn about different traditional dishes, hearty food, healthy food, diverse and broad cultural dishes. We will be an all round versatile cooking class.
We will play with dough too, varying from making dumplings to baking the finest breads.
