About Afthab
I’m Afthab, an experienced chef who has worked in Michelin Guide restaurants and currently in a Michelin Green Star restaurant. My passion for cooking began in childhood and has grown into a deep commitment to the craft of gastronomy. Over the years, I’ve continued to learn and evolve — both through hands-on work in professional kitchens and through self-study, exploring new techniques, flavors, and plating styles. I believe cooking is not just about making food, but about creating an experience that excites all the senses. In my classes, I share more than just recipes. I guide students in understanding kitchen discipline, mastering plating artistry, developing creative food ideas, and learning how to make dishes that truly impress. My goal is to help every student cook with confidence, skill, and imagination.
