About Rati
I have no particular experience in the cuisine apart from having lived more than 30 years in Nepal, in a Newari family, where the cuisine has an important place. I was able to develop cooking skills that I continue to use nowadays in France. I have already given some cooking lessons in a family context with my husband's family in France: a real success!
I hope to continue to deliver my knowledge of cooking Newari / Indian / Nepalese with you very soon!

I am a young Nepalese teacher, married to a French citizen, and speaking fluently English, Japanese, Hindi and of course Nepali. In Nepal, I developed a strong experience in the education field for more than 8 years by teaching in public schools (nepali education being delivered in English and Nepali). Currently living in France, I am offering courses to learn how to cook Nepalese/Newari or Indian food as you wish (chicken curry, tikka masala, dhal bhat, momo, Newari food, chapati, naan, pakoda, etc.).
