Usually i like to help students understand certain subjects or certain things in a certain subject by moulding around them and try to see what they understand and what they need help on. I like to hint the answer to the students, rather than giving them the answer and slowly building up that students knowledge.
I am currently teaching at a school in Leeds. I have experience teaching all year groups and abilities all the way to year 11 top set.
I am a young and professional person that will set a high standard from the beginning, this would work both from myself as a tutor but also what I expect of those that I tutor. I am currently still in my first year of A-Levels, but have learned from some of the best teachers I have which allowed me to achieve great grades at GCSE level.
I have a high grade B in GCSE maths and understand AS level Maths (OCR MEI) really well. I just finished my A2 exams and you'd think that i've had enough of it but I enjoy AS level maths. With my AS knowledge I can help GCSE students with the new spec. I am a patient teacher and lessons will go at students' paces. I can help students grasp mathematical concepts.
I tailor each lesson to each individual, to cater for their needs. I help install an understanding of the subject within the student and carefully plan each lesson to ensure the student is receiving the most support as possible. I am a friendly, dedicated individual.
i am a chemical engineer by profession, and i can teach maths, chemistry up to A level, i will deliver lectures online and at the end of each lectures notes (solution ) will be forwarded to the student, mock exam test will be conducted after each chapter to achieve best results.
My teaching method is a lecture where I would explain the content and then allow the student to attempt some questions to see if they have learnt the content. If a student struggles i would direct them in the right direction by prompting them and once attempted a discussion will take place. The discussion will involve two-way communication.
My price per lesson cant be beaten for the quality of teaching which I aim to provide. I will look to focus and prioritise working on any weak points or issues addressed by a student/parent or discovered by myself. I am looking to help students particularly at GCSE and Secondary School level in subjects such as Maths , Economics , Business and other subjects on request.
First lesson is to familiarise myself with my student, get to know their requirements and expectations. Afterwards we create a plan for series of lessons with a goal in mind including homework to consolidate learning.
My teaching method is practice, practice, practice. I explain processes and then allow you to practise using purposeful examples. I give real-life examples so that you can apply new skills to situations you would encounter in your day-to-day life. Many students have expressed how ‘easy’ maths can be when it is explained well.
I am a fully qualified and a highly experienced private Mathematics tutor. I offer one to one and group tuition. My teaching methods are very adaptable depending on the student's needs. I have a secure understanding of the new 9-1 curriculum and so ensure my lessons are planned adequately with the relevant resources to accompany.
One on one, I simply communicate in a way young minds can understand, I can break maths down to much simpler functions than they appear to be - trust me, employ me and see what I can do. I can do any aspect of GCSE Maths and get a young mind to completely comprehend any of it.
Many of my past students have had different ways of learning and understanding what I am teaching them so this is the first thing I always find out before commencing any sort of teaching. Lesson structure: 1. Understanding the way you learn 2. Giving a question/exercise to see how much you know or where you are making mistakes 3.
I test the students to begin with using a test so I can pick out which topics the student need assistance with. I try my best to adapt to a method that the student learn easily from so ask the student for information about their studying methods. I use examples and puzzles if they are easier for the student to pick up information also use a whiteboard along with a computer/laptop.
My teaching methods is a topic by topic approach with small tests to check that everything has been properly learned and understood. I am more than happy to help with any work above the syllabus to ensure that the student is ready for the challenging exams that come towards them.
I base my teaching on the way I had learnt the skills needed. However, I often change my method to suit the student, finding that each student is different. This means I often work tremendously hard to engage with the students.
I like to visualise what I learn so its easier to explain and to understand. Understanding the basics always helps us to do even application level questions easily. Writing down bullet points, making charts and graphs helps to learn quickly. The more you practise the better you get at it.
My teaching method is tailored to each student and depends on how my tuttee learns and what they are struggling on. Furthermore my characteristics are patient, understanding, compassionate and kind. I am willing to help any student who wants to learn.
Each student is unique and they have a method that helps them to learn to their full potential. The teachers support their pupils to gain full potential in every way possible. The lessons are tailor made for the students, enabling them to access their own strengths and learning needs at their own pace. The questions and prompts will enable students better understanding of tasks in hand.
First of all I would like to clear you, that I am 16 years old, I have been in three different countries, and I particularly excel in maths, but I am also very dedicated to other subjects, including geometry, business studies, design.
I always like to help solve problems and explain topics on subjects that that I understand if I can. I teach in a way that makes the person fully understand both the topic/question and answer. I believe everyone learns in a unique specific way and once you find the way for an individual, it will be easy for them to understand . It will also be fun too.
My teaching method is to review the topic with the student first, provide them with additional notes on the topic and then do questions with them to ensure they fully understand the topic. Any weaknesses identified are then further explained and the student is allowed to keep the notes I provide for future reference.
My teaching method differs for students.
I perpare my self for the lessons. I make lesson plan which includes followings. Class level Subject Duration Title of the lessons which we are going to learn. Description of the lesson. Activities. ( individual or group ) Review of activities. Conclusion of the lesson. Assiginig home work. So I prepare my self in all the above field then I deliver my lesson.
I believe I am a responsible and capable tutor as I combine my passion for science with teaching, focusing on students` strengths when studying and at the same time signalling areas of improvement helping them to see mathematics as an enjoyable subject referring back to real-life examples, transforming a theoretical subject into a more practical and fascinating field.
I am a Secondary Maths teacher who specialises in inspiring students to not only pass Maths exams, but also see the prospects of their knowledge in Maths.
I'm offering tutoring to GCSE and A-Level students in Maths, Chemistry or Physics. I achieved 5 A* grades at A-Level including Maths, Further maths, Chemistry and Physics. During my A-levels I mentored younger students up to GCSE level with positive feedback.
I am an experienced Mathematics and Physics tutor with experience of teaching primary, secondary and GCSE students with excellent results. I am studying towards completing my MSc Mechanical Engineering course while learning the magical technical and professional skills to boost up my career aspirations. I look forward to teaching you and bringing the best out of you.
I am a student currently studying for my A-Levels. I completed 11 GCSEs including both Edexcel Mathematics and Edexcel Further Pure Mathematics (equivalent to AS Level Mathematics taken 1 year early), achieving a total of 9 A*s and 2 As. Being a student myself and having completed my GCSEs fairly recently I have more experience with the modern GCSE and A-Level system than most teachers.
First lesson - Free because you have to establish the struggles. From then on, every lesson is slightly different with the same objective in mind.
