You will gain new understanding, see things in context, and create much improved work. My approach is tailored to my students: I find the problem areas and give new understanding - with understanding comes the ability to use knowledge. I am an easy going person with a smile. I have experience with online teaching by now as well.
I have worked in secondary education for over ten years primarily as a teaching assistant. However, I have also worked in the role of an unqualified teacher working with small groups of students as well as large groups and individuals. I enjoy varying my style of teaching to support a students learning style. I am hardworking and dedicated with very good subject knowledge.
I teach up to and including GCSE level students. I do this by discovering my students individual learning style (as everybody learns differently) and try to tailor my teaching to suit the student. I have many methods for each subject I teach so can always try something else if you don't understand.
I am currently studying in Upton Court Grammar School aspiring to be a paediatrician one day. I have experience working at AE tuition with kids from year 3 to 5, teaching them English, VA, NVR, Maths and advanced Maths. I also have a lot of experience working with kids one to one preparing them for their SATS and GCSE'S. I believe the key to success is determination.
My teaching method is that we go at your pace, what you would like to learn and working around your education so that what you’re confident with is not constantly repeated and we focus of your weaknesses.
To find a fun way to love maths
I approach each topic individually, i try as much to relate whatever topic am teaching to real life experience including Algebra

My aim is to broaden the students' understanding of mathematical ideas and concepts in order to help them recognise the solutions to maths problems. Similar to how 26 letters make up the English language, these mathematical rules allow us to find the answers to whatever questions we're asked, whether they be proof, algebra, geometry, or trigonometry.
I teach maths to KS3, KS4 and level-A students. I prepare my lesson according to student(s) needs and ability. I use several resources in my lesson which not only engage my students but also help them to understand the topic as well.
I like to make sure all students learn during my lessons. I adapt all resources to meet the needs of the learner and have many resources at my disposal. I use a range or resources including paper based and computer based. I have experience teaching those with SPLD and SEN and am happy to adapt resources and teaching to suit you.
I'm a Gap year student in Lincolnshire with 3 As at A level (Maths, Physics and Chemistry), 1 A at AS (Further Maths) and an A-grade equivalent EPQ. Further to this, I have 6 A*s and 6 As at GCSE, and an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management.
I like to scaffold each topic in levels of difficulty & try to bring in real life applications where I can.
I have been teaching Mathematics online since last 02 years, without any break and my students are in Canada. I feel seeds of balanced personality must be sown early in the minds of students.
The best way to learn is to read or listen and the best way to improve is to practice. The difference between an F and a C is knowledge, but the difference between a C and an A is experience.
I prefer to help students to solve their mathematics problem from their syllabus by explaining. Once they understand basic equations and theorems , it is easy to solve each problem.
My teaching method will mainly focus on exam based questions. I believe the easiest way to understand a topic is to be able to answer the questions, so I can see where exactly it is that the student struggles.
I tutor in a friendly and relaxed way that will boost confidence, increase understanding and promote independent learning. - Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach Mathematics. - Tell me about your qualifications. I have a BA in Architecture and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Mathematics (Key Stages 3,4 and 5).
I could teach the entire GCSE maths syllabus. The best way for learning maths is to have strong and understandable notes. However, that's not enough, the technique to learn maths is 'muscle memory'. Constantly doing questions will help you improve on the subject.
I would focus on learning the step-by-step processes required to complete a question. Areas of improvement would be worked on in repetitive fashion until my mentee is comfortable with a particular topic. Mini tests at the end of sessions will help to reinforce learning.
My name is Haifa Ojaym, with 27 years old I have an experience in teaching chemistry for all age groups. I believed that different persons have different way to get knowledge so I'm always try to be flexible in teaching techniques.
I’m a University student that as bad as it may sound, I don’t really like the traditional way of learning. Some say I’m smart and have a high IQ but I like to think we are all the same and can achieve great things together.
I would like to describe my approach to be as personalized learning, the best practice to tailor the challenges faced, lessons and instructional styles to each pupil's needs.
I am a 48 year old Primary teacher with 1 17 year old daughter. I give lessons to children of all ages up to Year 7, although if a child has additional needs I tutor beyond that. I begin a set of lessons by assessing the child to gauge their ability and take it from there.
I am easy to get along with and like to show you a few different ways to do each type of equation and allow you to choose which way you find easiest and work with you to help you ace your exams.
Many students hate maths. They always use the excuse “when an I going to need this?”. Having an understanding of using maths in the real world is important and will help you achieve the grade you are wanting to get.
Maths is a hard subject therefore, you need to understand it to apply the knowledge to answer the question that`s why I think I have good communicating skills which helps me get the idea across to students and make maths easier to understand.
I am kind and caring yet firm so I will base learning around the tutee and the support they need. I will help the young person by not only teaching them but helping them to develop the skills they will need in the future to be able to teach themselves and develop their knowledge.
During the first lesson I gauge how a student responds to various topics and try to identify weaknesses or areas which need more work. I work through the exam boards curriculum using a combination of teaching through examples, and setting questions for the student. I use past paper questions as well as practice questions.
