As an a level student I know what is useful to learn vital things for upcoming exams. I base my lessons on the things that the student struggles to understand and provide example questions to complete. I am patient and able to explain things in a simple way.

I'll then create a plan and go a topic at a time and only move onto the next when the student has completed a short test and has gained a minimum percentage on this test.
I have always been in top set maths, I think I would be a good maths tutor for younger children also as I seem to have a strong bond with young children.
