About Benedict

I am now in my final year of university and have greatly enjoyed my time learning about my subject. I am excited to contribute to the learning journey of others as I know how exciting it can be. I am constantly looking to learn and improve myself, and I am eager to help others find the same passion for education.

About the lesson

I offer hour-long sessions including personalized feedback and in-depth explanations to target problem areas. I am adaptable to different needs and provide a tailored approach to each individual child's learning.
I achieved A*s in Maths and Music A level and study History at Oxford University. I have prior experience coaching cricket to 6-14 year-olds and achieved my foundation one coaching badge.
I am DBS checked and can produce certification on request.

Perfect! We feel incredibly lucky to have found this history tutor. My daughter thinks he’s absolutely amazing—she truly enjoys their sessions and finds it easy to engage with him in deep, meaningful discussions about the subject. She’s able to bounce ideas off him and always comes away with new insights and a better understanding of the material.

He’s full of thoughtful recommendations for further reading, which has really helped spark her curiosity and broaden her knowledge. He doesn't just help with the content itself, but also encourages her to delve deeper into the questions and explore different ways of expanding on them.

He's a real find, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for an inspiring, knowledgeable, and supportive history tutor.

Ben has a real talent at breaking down complex topics into simple, digestible parts, and is thus a fantastic choice if your child is finding the more challenging aspects of History difficult to understand.
