About Rachel
I am an Elementary ArtTeacher in the public schools. I use doodling in my classroom daily to help students work through their emotions and balance themselves using doodling. I also using doodling in my personal life to help focus myself and work through emotions that are present. I can’t wait to doodle with you??

In our session we will doodle our way to relaxation using calming music and meditation in combination with doodling and color. Studies have shown that spending time doodling has an impact on both your mental health and your physical well being. In our session we will work our way through doodling and ways to regulate our bodies and emotions. This class is great for all ages and no artistic abilities are needed.
