About Msurshima

Apart from my years of experience teaching children, I have also taught adults home economics. I am a born humanitarian who is very compassionate and kind. I do have years of experience as a caregiver and a humanitarian with various NGOs. Due to my years of experience, I have developed strong skills in listening, product knowledge, teamwork, companionship and emotional support, customer management, supporting personal needs, positive attitude, report writing, communication, computer literacy, preparing curriculum as well. After volunteering at an NGO that cared for children with Cerebral Palsy, I knew I was called to become an educator for children with special needs. I teach not just English language but many other subjects.

About the lesson

I am very good with children and I take keen interest in caring for them. I have certification that has made me a strong and qualified tutor. I have all the characteristics of a teacher and a caregiver with the ability to keep learning and growing in this field. I have learned to also care for children with special needs, those known to have intellectual disabilities which could affect their intellectual functioning and adaptive functioning. This means care from mild to profound. I have various techniques I use in tutoring Special Needs Children.
