About Sylvia

I'm Sylvia. I was born in Ghana and moved to UK when I was 10 years old. I've always loved English and fortunately for me, my English teacher recognised this and invested in me. Today, I make a living as an award-winning writer. Just as my teacher invested in me, I want to share my love of English by investing in you.

About the lesson

You'll learn in a fun, informal and interactive way. I won't push you beyond your comfort zone but I'll always encourage you to give your tasks your best shot. I'm patient and mindful at at times. With over 20 years experience teaching children and adults, and my TEFL from an accredited institution, I'm fully qualified to help you on your English speaking journey.

TEFL certified. MA Development Communication. 20+ years of teaching experience. I enjoy teaching all ages.
