First of all, I don't behave as a teacher. I let the student enjoy all the lessons. I analyze where the student currently is academically & mentally. I don't pressurize & basically I don't force to mug up. For me, Concept is the utmost power. I help students to understand the concept fully so that they never have to cram anything and can remember those topics thoughout life.
