About the lesson

I teach understanding, speed skills and exam techniques in a jovial atmosphere. I teach pre GCSE to GCSE level I will take on any student even the worst ones at maths. My lessons have been refined over many years and are tailored to meet the needs of the individual not everyone understands or learns in the same way. I operate a child centred (holistic) learning environment, one where the focus is on the needs of the student (i.e. what is best for the child’s development and not some rigid course or syllabus). Understanding and prevention of confusion are one of my prime goals in order to reach the student’s full potential. Identifying weak areas and turn them into strengths allowing the child to flourish. Studnets who are enjoying and understanding any particular discipline will not be bound by any barriers. I have decades of experience and extensive knowledge in various disciplines I teach, I have many years industrial system design and programming experience. In the past I have had much success with pupils who have gone on to be productive and happy members of society. My tutoring services include Maths, English literature, Creative writing, Essay writing, computer programming and computer games programming..

About Robert

I have over 20 years of tuition experience, the vast majority of my students achieve excellent results and move to professional careers. I ran my own tuition centre back in the 1990s which was on a small group basis. Prior to joining the education industry I was a computer Systems Analyst/ Programmer.

Robert is a great mentor and tutor for students. I worked as a Programming Tutor for close to a year in Kodland, and Robert was the best tutor curator and my mentor. He understands the requirements of the students and explains concepts in a manner that can reach every student in the class. I have personally attended his classes and watched the recordings; his classes are fun for students, they learn a lot, and it also helped improve my tutoring skills. Details

Cancelations cost £5 if not made with a 24 hours notice period otherwise there is no cancelation fee. For home visits there is an addition of £6 to the online tuition fee (£16 per hour). For small groups up to three students there is no extra charge, Home tuition discounts are available for more than hour sessions each extra hour is charged at £10 per hour. A three hour home schooling session would cost 16 + 10+10 = £36 in total.
