My way of teaching is to get the student to interact more. I'd like to teach them on the things they need help with rather than everything.
The aim is to be deep learners rather than being surface learners. This will mean that lessons would be given to evoke consolidation where the student will learn a topic and they would be tested on it many times to make sure it helps them in the future.

My method is to see what the student's areas to focus on are using a test made from their current exam specification's past papers. I would then provide focused 1-1 tutoring, that is engaging, thorough and developed both knowledge and understanding of the topic.
